Do you have a store?

We currently only have an online store.

I work from my studio cabin at home, based 10-15 minutes out of Killarney town.

How far in advance should I order ?

Generally, a few days notice is enough for a small gift box of strawberries.

My web shop requires 3 days notice to successfully place an order.

If you want strawberries or treats for a special occasion, I always advise to book in advance as we can book up weeks ahead.

How do I place an order?

Please visit our shop page & add an item to your basket for check out.  Alternatively, you can  contact me on 083 3921221 or via email hello@sorellaberries.com. You can also complete the enquiry form on our website to make your request.

If you wish to place a personalised order, please give as much detail as possible in the form regarding how you want the product to look e.g. occasion, colour schemes, theme, toppings etc.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If possible, I will do my best to fulfil a last minute order. Please contact me direct on 083 3921221 to see if a rush order is possible.

Our online shop does not accept last minute orders, it currently requires a minimum of three days to complete a successful check out.

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can offer delivery throughout Co. Kerry depending on the location and date.

We sometimes can deliver to Cork when possible.

Delivery times can vary as they are based on the volume of orders.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can. We are based 10-15 minutes outside of Killarney town. Our eircode will be provided upon an order.

Can you post?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, strawberries cannot be posted due to their short life and delicate nature. If you wish to make a large order for our strawberries but live outside of our base Co. Kerry, please get in touch as we may be able to organise delivery.

Our chocolate covered oreo's, dubai bites & lollipops can be posted nationwide!

Question 8

How do I store my strawberries?

We make our strawberries on the day to guarantee the freshest product to our customers. Once the strawberries are dipped in chocolate, they will last approx 24-48 hours if stored in the fridge. I do however, always advise to eat within 24 hours.

We recommend that they be eaten within the day of delivery to enjoy at peak freshness.

Do you tailor to food allergies?

At this moment in time, we cannot cater to food allergies. However, our chocolate is gluten free.
 
Please be advised that we work within a domestic kitchen that contains nuts.
 
We also work with a variety of ingredients containing;

Milk (dairy)

Peanuts
Almond
Gluten

Do you offer a vegan range?

Yes, we can offer a vegan option. We do not always have vegan chocolate in stock so prior notice is preferable.
