The only place you will reliably find chocolate strawberries is in a chocolate strawberry boutique shop. And let’s be real, how many of those are here in Ireland? To my knowledge, there aren't any. The closest I believe, is in London or Amsterdam. Or perhaps, if you're lucky, they’ll be waiting in your suite at a five-star hotel, carefully placed on a silver tray, next to a bottle of chilled Moet champagne.

They belong in luxury spaces. At private events. On wedding dessert tables. In elegant, ribbon tied boxes gifted “just because”. They are the sweet equivalent of a silk robe or a glass of champagne.
